Laura Aldous

Laura (she/her) is a creative facilitator, actor, theatre maker and puppeteer working across artistic disciplines in Naarm/ Melbourne. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University’s Centre for Theatre and Performance. She is a core member of award winning theatre collective Bloomshed, has spent the last ten years collaborating with multidisciplinary visual theatre and installation company Barking Spider Creative, and is an associated artist and creative facilitator with participatory arts installation company Playable Streets. Recently, she has spent time touring in the UK, Europe and the USA with experimental theatre collective, Pony Cam. Laura’s arts practice is grounded in community consciousness and a belief that art is for all.
